for fucks sake woman do you have any discretion or charm? of course i was calling you fat. but i respect you enough to not communicate it like a neanderthal. *smoke cig* would you prefer if i grunted and pounded my chest? is that more your speed?

Re: jTWG LXXII: The AniMatrix6 - Game Thread
twg is a game of confronting the failures of your thought processeses. that is why i play, and i always assume is a fundamental component of others' play. you will never master them, only refine them to the point of filtering the bad thoughts from the slightly better thoughts. i'm convinced i might die tonight because usually in phases where i'm not a top wolf candidate i die that same night for being "scary" and unpredictable.
but i have something i geniunely want to express to new players from a well-regarded veteran player of this game with an outlying win record, and that is: "godspeed."
godspeed. i say that term a lot, but it has nothing to do with either god or speed. it means roughly to "propser on this journey you are undertaking" and is usually used at the beginning of journeys or adventures. i say godspeed because i always wish of others and myself to confront things with "fresh eyes" or, rather, with a state of mind that always views new situations, regardless of seeming facets of repetition, as novel situations that deserve all aspects of their mental problem solving.
so... maybe you've been in a situation where a newbie VT fucked up day 1, where people seemed to be pushing bullshit agendas based off the momentum, where your major suspicions were people you didn't know how to confront, or where you knew some clear truth but had to argue against a dogged and petulant wolf to finally convince others. to that i say: godspeed.
perform, new or veteran, as though the situation is fresh, unique, novel... and give that situation the deference of perspective you would anything you are confronting for the first time. keep looking at it from different angles. more angles. different angles. do so until what you have is interesting unanwsered questions rather than a set of claims you want to make that go unrespected.
this is just a post in-case-of death which my intuition is seriously beginning to expect...

v x choof will write in future. Although am not very good writer, am wrote bad stories.
V, why do you keep on saying that you're gonna die in the night over and over again? Like... sure you gave the reason because you're not top wolf candidate and being "scary and unpredictable" but why would you emphasis in your last few serious posts that you think are the night kill?
@Zenith: Advice to you over how "aggressive" the game may be. I'd take everything cum grano salis. If you've heard any vet twger say something about twg, they say a lot about just yelling at people for fun. If you get yelled at, it's all in the fun
tl;dr: cum grano salis. Just like league!
Why are you here?

Re: jTWG LXXII: The AniMatrix6 - Game Thread
i only expressed the idea once, not mulrtiple times. but anyways i was the only person to seriously consider redsludge as human until what i thought was a choof counterclaim coming forward, and after redsludge died i was the only person to consider the aspect where the current tempo/fervor around redsludge's death is a feast for passive wolves
wolves, if they have no solid targets (from my personal vantage i hope they kill choof for selfish reasons) tend to pick someone who seems a.) unlikely to be lynched and b.) unlikely to fall prey to threads of bad logic in the thread they can predict and control
i know from experience whenever i'm not seriously being debated as a wolf that i'm usually wolfed on D1 or D2 for these reasons. (i have a trend of being D1 nightkill material.) and it has less to do with me being right and more to do with me being a bit of a wildcard to wolves. i feel my spidey-senses tingling right now and anticipate being killed (except for the situation where they kill choof for his soft roleclaim i forced him into)
as a wolf i've killed afrobean as many times as i could because while he is wrong a lot, he is utterly unswayed by anything but ideas rooted in or confirmed by his own perspective and he's vigilant. that is a big loose end to account for as a wolf. i feel i've been swaying opinions away from consensus too much and that it will be perceived as risky by wolves to keep me around. as a high-value target i'm interested in saying to new players what i think of as the core insight i get killed for in hopes that if i happen to die the value i bring is suddenly seen as a thing the wolves fear and then the behavior is perpetuated.
this can be seen as narcissistic and egoistic, but i believe you yourself found a bullshit reason to find me "scary" even though you had never played with me before, which speaks to the sort of reputation-proceeding-the-player malarkey that bolsters this intuition or perception.

Re: jTWG LXXII: The AniMatrix6 - Game Thread
always remember wolves are combing the thread silently for clues as to who is a blue and who is a threat, but rarely expressing opinions openly about the people they would kill. they kill people who aren't being contested openly about their humanity.

Re: jTWG LXXII: The AniMatrix6 - Game Thread
Could the potential be the opposite if people aren't giving thoughts or just posting in general?
For example storn being away this weekend means during the rest of this phase (and partially day) the town won't have any of his thoughts on anything until he gets back and fills the thread with tl;dr posts
Basically this is what I'm saying

in all honesty; it's because I'm not a craftsman with words. I'm not intentionally agreeing with everyone; just a tidbit of what they said in their post I mutually agree with but I have said my own points before :U

Re: jTWG LXXII: The AniMatrix6 - Game Thread
you don't need to dissent, necessarily. imo he's milquetoast because he isn't asking anyone questions that indicate he's trying to figure anything out.
i would assume from our interactions that he is currently assuming i'm human and can't find something suspicious about me that he wants to get clarified. that says to me "lukewarm" or "not trying to find anwsers," but i'm biased against people who don't force reactions somehow. not always a good thing.
what he has in his favor is a history of activity that shows engagement with a variety of perspectives, so i'm just currently in a state of observation about zenith. null read.

Re: jTWG LXXII: The AniMatrix6 - Game Thread
plus choof I'll get more confident as this game progresses, I'm still feeling like "I should sit back and see what kind of points are of interest in this game and form my own thoughts on these interests" which makes it sound like I'm being chummy but I'll get more confident in actually proposing a next-step idea depending on future posts

Like Charu had his eyes set on Ben when N1 started, I have my eyes set on someone whom I am just waiting for the right post so I can subject my ideas to everyone to see if there's an agreement of some sort
