                            I have updated the voting format to make it more clear which people are voting for a specific person. Please let me know if you have any additional feedback.

                            A second, much more relevant note: I will be out of town until Wednesday so my vote counts will not be as frequent. I will do my best to be here at a reasonable time before EOD to make sure the voting process works well. There won't be any fancy banners until I'm back, so you should wait for those.
