Not quite. People pushing for riot d2 lynch in this case would not be incriminated unless riot was lynched and ended up actually being a pr. Which in this case, is exactly what ive said before: Either way, riots dead.

if riot is a wolf there would have been a counterclaim, there is literally no doubt about this
an uncountered fake-claim, by the actual jailor, is playing directly against town's win condition

everyone in the game has seen his claim, has commented on his claim, there has been no counterclaim, thus we have to take riot's claim as true

it would literally throw the game to the wolves if there is no counter-claim from the actual jailer
