I really doubt the token is gonna be only able to get during the 5:55pm span.
He said he was RELEASING it during that time, which means that the token comes out to the public during that time.

I think Ravia (post 81) is right that it’s 5:55pm US Central Time. I think that’s the time zone the server/host is in, so that’s the default for times. Since we’re in daylight saving time here in the US, Central time should be GMT – 5. Maybe that will help others get the right time from their time zones. You could also check the times here; they seem to be tagged as US Central. So the token should be released roughly 1.5 hours from now.
