So, all alliance thought aside for the moment, who are we lynching today, if Hans is tomorrow? I've heard a few TPS' but those seemed fairly random, so I'm waiting for the "official word", so to speak.

Since a few people wanted to get TPS, Hans only voted on TPS to make it look (counter-intuitively) like TPS was a wolf. He probably isn't. That's conjecture, though.

Its vizzini... Hans could have voted TPS to make it look like TPS isn't a wolf, or he could have voted TPS to make him look like a wolf.

I think he voted TPS purely to help move the game along. We were discussing Xing TPS in the chat when he was there, he has given up all hope, and as apart of that, plays along with whatever else we're doing until his time is up.

I would like to caution against the group vote mindset that seems to be sneaking in here. The "who are we going to lynch" question is dumb... instead focus on "who do I think is a wolf" and vote that way.

about the alliance:

A)start it now and risk the extremely small chance that kilga is playing us all and is somehow in cohorts with hans and they both KNEW beyond a doubt (otherwise why would they try it?) that torlock was the morph.
B)start it day 3 with the guarantee that everyone involved is human but with the downside that it's day three and that now a blue role (the bookie) is public (also risking that the bookie hasn't been wolfed by then!).

I vote A, but that's just me. Either way hans can be lynched tomorrow, if it's decided that it's necessary for the bookie to have his power.

The problem with option A is that the blues won't have certainty of each other until the next day. If a wolf fakes a bookie when they all get together today, nothing can be done until the real bookie gets a vigi with Hans tomorrow. The possibility of a wolf getting in there today is significant, but quite negligible if we wait until tomorrow.

well it wouldn't be a web alliance but a node alliance with kilga at the center knowing who everyone who came to him is and the others not knowing who each other are. If two people show up for the same blue role, kilga will know that one is a wolf and that will become valuable information.

plan A.. the risk of plan B is blues being killed randomly at certain points without protection, that is a > .1 % risk

OK... so assuming the blues do go to Kilga... where does that leave the bookie? Does it resort back to killing Hans today and the bookie NOT coming out?

To elaborate... Kilga and I chatted just now. The whole point of waiting to kill Hans (as per the Chardish-Tass plan) was so the bookie could come out and form an alliance.

But, since Hans has been nice enough to confirm his role as a wolf, odds are damn good Kilga is human. So, blues go to Kilga today, and we have an alliance. AND we kill Hans today, nabbing a wolf on day 1. I didn't like waiting to kill a wolf... but an alliance was worth it. Now we have an alliance today, no point in waiting to kill Hans.

This also keeps the bookie unknown, which means that the guardian only has to protect Kilga, instead of Kilga + Bookie. More likely that the wolves wouldn't attack Kilga.
