It gave me some insight about how I play TWG that I don't think I could've found out even if I had played 100 regular TWG games
The most important thing being how to be an effective town leader, even in a gamestate where I knew everything I still wasn't able to lead town to spare Ben near the end. Before that game I thought information was the most important resource for town to lead. Role information, read information, ect. But after that game I rethought everything when it came to that topic.========

You have to beat him to the punch and find someone you trust faster than he can and leave before him
That's pretty much how town wins here, trust each other faster than wolves can build trust and take advantage of the cognitive block on connecting with town that will impede the wolf team at the start before they get into rhythm.
I didn't really want to share this because I wanted everyone to stick around so we can have fun together
But honestly the longer the game goes on the worse towns chances of winning will be imo

I'm sure it gives flashbacks to that game forever ago where nee and I voted you before the deadline; that seems to have instilled something very important to you about voting before it is necessary
I think I've explained that part of it already, but I am
a) getting the ball rolling and giving a discussion point in a game where mostly it was tier lists and not too much chatter
b) trying to trust fall with someone I have as my top town, and who might also have me as their top town (but is, at minimum, townreading me as well)
I have explained why I feel like I need to do this now, rather than later, given his work schedule, and also because giving something to talk about earlier is better than later
I am sure that you can reasonably argue against what I am doing without being a shitty human being to me. I *can* absolutely be doing this as a wolf; just swinging for the fences on the first pitch.
There are probably some teammates that I can't have if you think I am a wolf; I don't think that I am likely to leave a new player all to themselves doing this, especially not the player that hasn't posted a single time yet. That person is on pace to get replaced with star, and if you think I'm passing up a chance to be on a wolf team with star, you're insane in the membrane.
I'll even say to Haku here;
if you're town
don't immediately accept, even if you want to. You can even decline and we can accept again later if you still want. I don't think arguing with people you think are wolves serves any purpose and everyone isn't accepting the current reality we are facing this game. Wolves arnt going to go away, it's a fundamental part of the game that they have to stay. Because of this, the wolf gets a vote in how the conversation goes. Its not a courtroom where the judge can hold a wolf in contempt if they argue while you lay out your case on them
If you want to set up a court of public opinion, we could vote like this is a normal twg. After let's say 24 hours, whoever the 2 people with the most votes are enter "Quarantine" for the next 48 hours after that, during which time town makes a pact not to trust fall with them. Once those 48 hours are up we do another 24 hour voting session for who gets quarantined next.
Rinse and repeat. These are just rough numbers, we can try to polish the system if town wants to go this route
