I don't trust Sunfan. In the end, I did not see what I was looking for. (understanding his headspace better)

I quoted this post because it reminded me of the botchi phase last game and I feel like your posts were too oriented toward me instead of yourself even if you said you used "I" multiple times.

That doesn't mean I will not trust him later.
I might be a good move for him, but I don't think he's a good move for me at this point in the game.
I don't see a reason to keep town at the edge of their seat over this right now. Still, it was interesting just to see how the game mechanics affect how we post.

I didn't have much to add to anyone's "actual" reads at the time because they're based on vibes and the actual, real point is to have records to consult later anyway. Add the fact that I've been incredibly short on time and I didn't bother engaging as much as I'm sure you would have like.

You can slant me wolf for this but before you do, in all seriousness, tell me what about those 3 reads you gave back their was super valuable that it deserved me pumping the breaks on thread and going back and really combing over.

But if I'm being honest I have absolutely been wrong about you at least half the time over the years. I think that's why I'm always so paranoid because you've proven over and over that youre a fantastic player that can dupe me the minute I give you any lead way

I can totally see how my previous posts could be misinterpreted as an attempt to make myself seem non threatening and oblivious to what is going on.

Honestly I am pretty oblivious. I've been trying to lay low and get a feel for the game and how to play it. Watching ya'll come up with all of these conspiracies is wild. They're based off of what seems like years of knowing eachother and interacting on these forums. The old timers have a meticulously crafted persona that I can't pick up on yet. What is a wolf feeling? What is a town vibe? I don't know. Maybe i never will.

My first instinct was to be friendly and non accusatory, because as town I should keep as many options open as possible for pairing, which is why I initially didn't name anybody. I can tell you one thing though, if I were a wolf I would try to accuse as many others as possible, but maybe this would be a bad play on my part. O don't know. I'm still getting a feel for the flow.

I'd like to say that aside from sun, while I may have been aware of people in here, I think it's fair to say that I haven't really interacted much with anyone else before.

I do appreciate that you are posting, but I do hope you can understand my concern for how you've played so far. If you want to earn my trust specifically (and probably most others', I'd imagine), then please give yourself some time, immerse yourself in everyone's posts, and give an opinion. Any opinion. Right or wrong, I'd much rather have that than your current perceived wishy-washy persona.

Also, while I'm addressing you, I may as well throw this out there: as someone related to Gal, do you have any idea why they haven't posted in the thread yet? Is there any chance you can request that they make an appearance? Having nothing to go on from their slot really hurts town.

Honestly I don't think there was anything super valuable. Even when I posted them I said that I didn't feel great about any of them. You have to admit though, asking someone for their reads and then just... not engaging with them at all is not a great look, yeah?

That's pretty much how town wins here, trust each other faster than wolves can build trust and take advantage of the cognitive block on connecting with town that will impede the wolf team at the start before they get into rhythm.

I didn't really want to share this because I wanted everyone to stick around so we can have fun together

But honestly the longer the game goes on the worse towns chances of winning will be imo

There is a way to influence people you think are town to not trust fall with someone you find suspicious, it's the Quarantine idea.

Unlike a regular TWG people in quarantine wouldn't be gone for the rest of the game, just for a chunk of time long enough for people to possibly reconsider their opinions on the person when the next vote comes for quarantine
