For feedback: I don't think the entrance was really too much. It's not like any of it was particularly difficult. That being said, playing Nucleus seemed kind of pointless since it's not related in any way, multiplayer is so buggy for me that I couldn't even legitimately win a song, plus relying on someone else for entry sucks. Some of the other requirements like the gambling hall was interesting since it's easy to forget about parts of the site you never use.

For the cards: There weren't really enough people to justify using cards for the most part. Personally, after round two it was clear I was taking third so I had no reason to sacrifice. I think others probably had similar circumstances. The anti-skilling round with those averages was a pretty cool idea though.

Perhaps next time the cards should be part of the entrance fee. 8 rounds so offer cards T1-8 to enter. That way every person is affected in the tournament fairly. Not sure if it actually happened but a couple of those score boosting rounds could've let a lower-skilled player take first just because they gave up a card and the higher-skilled player didn't.

It was a pretty neat concept tourney. So good job to the hosts for making it happen.

I tried to make the perks that I had to come up with as balanced and possible and not too impacting. Do you guys wanna see more impacting perks in the future? Mystery advantages based on position at the end of a round perhaps?

Also how were song picks? Were they too easy? Too hard? Should picks be more trolly? :P

Perks that have more of an impact would give more incentive to sacrifice.

If you use the T1-8 for entry idea.. Maybe each round has a perk and the severity depicted by which tier card you want to use that round. For example.. The round that changed your speed mod.. Imagine sacrificing a T8 and now your opponent is 2.4 instead of 2.0. That would be HUGE. Or a T4 for 2.2 speed etc. If you sacrifice a T8 card in round 1 then you'd only have lower tiered 1-7 for later rounds.

Another example: You sacrifice a card in a round and the perk is all opponents boo count gets multiplied by Tier+1. So if your opponent had 14 boos on a song and you sacrifice a T3 card their boos are now effectively 56.

Really the perks/unperks should be targeted to the whole division. Let's say there are three people in a division. Each person hypothetically sacrifices their T8 card on the above-mentioned boo multiplier. 3 players x T8 + 1 for 27x to boo count. You finish a song with 3 boos and it gets bumped to 81. This way it affects all players in the division and won't allow an untargeted player with 15 boos to get a massive advantage. (15x27=lol) It would really mess with the scores but at least everyone would be on the same playing field; avoid boos at all costs even if it costs you your PA. This could be applied to all judge accuracies.

Cheers for the tourney TCG staff. Was an alright tourney, it just needed more participants. The fact that divisions were merged and D1 didn't exist was disappointing but the use of cards for perks kept it interesting. I also agree with awein that cards could possess powers or something along the lines. I would write more but my phone is mega laggy so I'll give more feedback when I get home tomorrow.

Yoooo. Thanks for hosting this thing, it was a lot of fun and a good push to derust and actually start skillboosting again. I'll pretty much just mirror everyone's opinions so far: Entry challenges were kinda long and tedious which might have deterred a lot of potential entrants, but I found them to be a lot of fun, especially because a fair amount of them didn't even require to play a song. The card perks did seem pretty lackluster for the most part, but I think I'd rather have it that way than make them super OP so that whoever plays the best gets slammed by everyone's debuffs and can't recover. The song picks were great, I don't know if I would have been able to stay interested if they were really trolly/gimmicky songs, but you guys did good for this one.

With all that said, I guess I'll take 2 Quality Packs and a Gamble Plus. Thanks again!

Thanks for the tournament guys! It helped push me a lot towards skillboosting and I enjoyed the song picks. Most of what I was going to say has already been mentioned, but I guess it would have been nice to have more participants (the entry challenge was probably a little bit much).

A few notes: Thank you for hosting this tournament and thank you Gameboy and Foxfire for not only being very close in Raw Score but also letting me compete in D7 this tournament. I had a blast; and liked the idea of Card Sacrifices during certain rounds for either a helping hand or setting up a disadvantage to another player in the division.

As for the packs, I'll take one Horde, one Quality, and one Standard Plus please! Thank you again!

I also need to say this. Holy shit Foxfire. You got all of the anti-PA in the first half which imo is pretty easy to fix; while you AAA'd the horrible jumpjacks like how the hell did you do that hahaha.
