It's just semantics, but there's 3 killing powers each phases.

7 players are alive and 3 VTs are rip.

If a mislynch happens and I shoot the wrong target + NK, we go from 7 to 4 and the game is over with parity 2:2.

I hard claimed because I don't know what I'm doing and I need help to get a clue about how to take the best decision.

The decision will be radically different depending on if we lynch a wolf today

@Haku, since you're a logical guy, and if you really are the vigi, then do this:

If lynch flips wolf: shoot whoever else you think is most likely to be wolf, or who might make wolf tells difficult (I'll fill in who I think fits either of these categories later).

If lynch flips town: Don't shoot, if you miss it's gg; give us another day to figure out and reason through who might be wolf.


For the future, don't shoot for the reasons you did on n1 again, because it made this all harder.

That's pretty much what I was planning to do.

The only issue is figuring out that top scum for today.

I'm having a hard time town reading players this game.

Ignoring me, is there anyone you guys consider top towns etc. ?

Hakus shot was objectively good. The consensus for proper vigi play is to kill the 2nd place wagon to clean up towns scumreads. He was never going to be consensus town or contribute to the game in a meaningful way in my opinion. How do I know this? I still don't think you're a top town, you've done nothing to convince me.

I don't feel comfortable about anyone as town right now; I'm most apprehensive about roundbox and MML though, and Charu is always a ! (hey Charu, post a cute alarmed looking bird pic, thanks) in my mind. The most I'd say is that if lynch flips a wolf, Charu is a good vigi shot target.

I don't think that's proper vigi play, consensus or not, and this is as someone who had FlashFlash as a top contender for wolf. To each their own, I just inherently think shots based off d0 are silly.

You being contrary. Since I can't go back at and find it, what's your criteria for vigi play and who would you have shot.

Because your the one who sounds silly atm for

1) not having someone mechanically clear as your top town
2) saying vigi should not have shot the counterwagon who was also your top scum

I'm not sure how I'm mindlessly dissenting in your mind. I clearly claimed that the play would have been fine if it weren't d0, but given that it was d0 I don't think it was right to shoot anyone.
