I think it's definitely strange. He showed up and didn't do anything except say he'd reward us with a big reads list if we keep him alive. No defense, no shifting blame, no nothing. Town's a bit more expendable, but at the same it feels like town would want to make their thoughts known if a lynch on them looked likely. His resignation just trying not to dig a deeper grave for himself/his partner. I'm going to say it's probably wolfy.
