Weekend Challenge!

The goal of the weekend challenge is to have your non-perfect judgements be prime numbers that are at least 5 or greater. No primes may be repeated in your score,, however! A qualifying song must have at least 500 notes, and you must pass the song.

(Perfects are excluded from these requirements!)
Tier 1: Have Three Judgements Be Unique Prime Numbers Equal to or Greater than 5.
Tier 2: Have Four Judgements Be Unique Prime Numbers Equal to or Greater than 5.
Tier 3: Have Four Judgements Be Unique Prime Numbers Equal to or Greater than 5 AND be in ascending order in your score.

Example Tier 3 Pack Score -
Perfects - 569
Goods - 5
Averages - 7
Misses - 11
Boos - 13

*Bonus*
If you pass tier three where TWO of your judgements are over 100, you will earn an extra T1 pack.

does this mean 2 of the 4 that are prime or 2 out of the 5 in general?

2 of the four that are prime, the perfects will be almost guaranteed to be over 100 anyways. Sorry it's kind of a wordy challenge, but I didn't want to repeat "Non-Perfect Judgements" on every line, I hope this clears it up.

For a bonus that was definitely intentional and not pure chance, the non-amazing perfects also fit the ascending prime pattern.
