How can PS3 have better games then the Wii? How long has Mario, Link, and all of those other Nintendo mascots been livving for? All of the games for the Wii is WAY better then the PS3. PS3 has only one good game, and it's not even that great, and that's Resistance.

How come it does not surprise me that most of these games does not interest me? Only games that interest me are GTA IV (also for Xbox 360) and Unreal Tournament (also for PC). I'd rather buy those for those other systems then spend the whole PS3 for just those 2 games. Save alot more money.

Seriously, the Wii fanboy-ism in this forum is stifling. Other than Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime 3 (which seems like any other MP game in the series albeit with a Wii controller) and SSBB (which is the only game I'm excited for) there are no games that excite me. Mini-games out the ass? Rehashes of the same game for the third time? An extended version of Wii Sports? A white cutting board that tells me my weight and how to exercise when I can get a scale and search for exercising tips on Google? I mean come on, you can't seriously look me in the face and say Wii is as amazing as everyone thinks it is.

In terms on gameplay, Wii is winning because it brings something fresh to the table of video games while 360 and PS3 are about graphics and console functionality. That is where the Wii fails and the 360 and PS3 win. What can you do with the Wii except go online and play VC and Wii games? Nothing. Does it have an internal HD? No. I've yet to see and connectivity wit your DS to the Wii except for maybe Pokemon Revolution. Also, the Wii's gameplay is very, very shallow. Yes it can imitate different kinds of items when playing but it's just a matter of time before players start to feel the gimmick of the Wii.

you can check the weather, news. also photos and music. send messages to other e-mails or wii's (also recieve more photos or mii's). also i will use the same excuse from many sony fanboys, the wii is just starting, tons of games will be released for the hardcore (but there is no point since squeek already posted a list) oh and by the way all of those games will be released this year.

To be completely honest as much as I hate the 360, I'd rather buy one then the Wii. Watch SSBB be the only console pusher in the next few months. You heard it here first.

no, it will be the ultimate sword fighting game on the wii (well the first one since dragon quest swords and samurai are coming later) and after the previews and the hands-on i read it looks like a very good game

well that's the list. the wii is breaking this year (next year is unknown) and that every week a game will be added to that list. so no argue about the wii not having enough games, (seriously who would buy or rent more than that?)

I never said anything about the Wii not having enough games. It comes down to the Wii having enough good games. Yes, you can post a list of a whole load of games but it doesn't mean **** if only 3-5 games on a list of 30+ are good and the rest crappy.

Well, I don't know what you consider "good" or not. That list consists of the most popular Wii titles. I bolded all the ones I consider good enough to look into when it comes closer to launch date.

The Wii has redeemed itself over the graphics area with original gameplay and how it is family-friendly. It's fun and original because of the style of gameplay with the wii-mote and a nunchuk add-on. The PS3, the same freaking controller as the previous Playstations. As if they can create a more original idea then that. Even Xbox 360 has changed some of its controls, which makes it somewhat original. All PS3 did was make itself LOOK nicer but does not entertain or interest gamers with the small library of games compared to the Wii and Xbox 360...of course unless your a Playstation fanboy.

Wii is way better.

I agree with the controller thing.

PS3 costs way too much money because Sony tried to put all the best hardware into it. They certainly didn't make very good choices doing it either. For example: a Blu-Ray disk reader. Why not stick with a normal DVD format? It costs a lot more money to get and it isn't that much better. Also the X-Box 360's graphics are slightly better and yet costs less than PS3, but this isn't about X-Box.

Wii has some good games coming out soon whereas PS3 has to make them up as they go, or come out with a multi-system game release.
