what i did when i hosted to avoid this problem was just personalize every PM. then i would say in my first post that i did so. if you want, you can have only one human PM, and then post it. you could also not send a PM, then in the first post say that anyone who didn't receive a PM is human (that's how it used to happen). do whatever you want, but be aware that if someone finds a loophole because you didn't take any precautions regarding the PMs, i would consider it to be within the rules.

That's what I did last game and we had to restart.. Barely anyone realized that no PM's meant human. So when people said they had received PMs saying they were human, I knew they weren't because no human received a PM. Granted, I learned this much afterward, but to avoid bitching, we have to restart anyways..

voting to 1 game ban SC979 for repeatedly breaking the 1 death post rule, even after he was warned not to.

Otherwise, saying that I agree with pnt. That many posts after death is ridiculous, and they weren't worth posting.

I don't think we can afford to slap bans on too many people, but give the appropriate warnings. Perhaps, since phantoms are designed as a penalty, we can give out phantoms as a step below a ban?

Also, Gamer, you can put your input but the vote itself doesn't count. The same **** I do.

also, giving a phantom to someone is not just a punishment for them. say the person in a human, all the other humans will suffer from the phantom by the wolves being able to bandwagon on the phantom.

if there aren't going to be consequences for knowingly breaking the rules, why do we have them

I suppose that's a good point. And I am getting tired of warning people. I just feel bad, I like sc. But also, we have a lot more peple to warn that are new. For example, iluswirl's death post contained information vital to the game. u84's... was annoying.

Phantoms are part of a game. You only get them by being inactive for a vote. If you break the rules, you get banned. Period.

Voting to ban sc979 for at least a game for that, and Infinity. for that post as well. You don't get a death post if you're lynched, and saying ANYTHING about the game in the death post is also illegal. Two broken rules in one post.

i don't think infinity should be banned, they only made one post, and i sent them a warning. if they do it again, i will vote to ban them for 1 game.

And I agree with mak. He broke two rules at once. One of them giving info about the game after he was dead.

I think a one game ban won't be all the harmful.

talked to trav over aim, and he convinced me to vote to 1 game ban infinity. i feel bad though, since i just sent him a warning, but he did break two rules in one post.
