Nope. Wolves win when the wolf population is equal to the human population at the end of the day phase, after someone is voted to be lynched. Period. In your situation, the KitB would kill off the wolf, and the human would win.

This isn't a dilemma so much as you're unclear on what the default wolf victory condition is.

Regardless of the fact that the human would technically win going into the day phase? And what if that is what happened? It was equal going into the day but the wolf had a phantom.

Well, if two humans and one wolf remain at night x, and a human gets wolved that night, then the human enters the day x+1 with the wolf. I believe that this situation causes a draw, but if the wolf has a phantom, then it should technically cause a human victory.

Contrasting this situation is if there were two humans and one wolf at day y. If one human gets lynched, and Night y begins, then this is a default wolf victory as the wolf can simply wolf the human and it's over.

Does that help clear anything up?

Not really I don't understand what the result would be if it's the start of day x and the wolf has a phantom so that makes insta possible. I don't think th original players took this into account, so they just said "if the wolfs equals the humans they win." Then they saw the flaw in that, hence Kilga's thread. Now, the current TWC needs to decide. And I don't think anybody wants a draw.

Perhaps the host can judge the two players based on their performance during the game, and reward the better player with a win for their side?

                NO. shut up.

you guys aren't revolutionizing how the game works or coming up with original material! All of your questions have been answered prior to your TWG career.

Listen. Wolves win when their population equals that of the human population at the end of the day phase. If there's a phantom, then they're ****ed, and they lose. Phantoms don't change what the default victory condition is. If you really can't figure this out, then you shouldn't be hosting games. It isn't complicated.

                      Let me say it again.

REGARDLESS OF WHO'S WINNING GOING INTO THE FINAL DAY PHASE, IF THE WOLF POPULATION EQUALS THAT OF THE HUMANS GOING INTO THE NIGHT PHASE, THEN THEY WIN. IF HUMANS KILL OFF ALL THE WOLVES, THEN THEY WIN. PERIOD.

So, the fact that the wolf has a phantom(s) and the human doesn't plays no role? Ok, as long as we're all clear, I wasn't.

I ran this by Mak and he said it's allowed, but not yet official. I wanted to advocate for co-hosts. There are quite a few things that could come from this:

                          1) New, inexperienced hosts could co-host for somebody who is more experienced so that they can learn how a game works from behind the scenes.

                          2) If the host of a game was going on vacation, or suddenly needed to leave for an extended period of time, then the co-host can take over and keep the game going without a hitch.

                          3) Co-hosts could recruit extra subs in case a game goes really inactive. There have been instances where a player performed such a role. However, while this is a very kind gesture, it can compromise the game if the sub is a newbie to TWG and tells the player their role as soon as they get their PM.

                          4) A smaller benefit to having a co-host would be that players could be evaluated more closely, and MVP awards could be handed out more fairly, and new awards could be handed out if the hosts felt it was merited.

I like the idea of a co-host. In the last TWG I played, the hosts inactivity killed the game. A co-host would make things a lot easier to do. As long as the co-host is not and cannot be a player in that game.
Funny stuff goes in this area right?

Smaller? I like this one the best.

All this seems fine, I don't see how it's Council matters, though.
