Profile Voting / Reporting & SpeedMod Tests
Many of you are already aware that last night we added a new feature to profiles that allow you to not only vote a “thumbs up” or thumbs down” on each profile but we have also added a reporting feature that looks like a “!” in the top right of each profile. The “!” is used for profiles that are not appropriate for FFR. We will be incorporating additional stats for profiles that show how many and what kind of votes you get. People who abuse the reporting system will be banned from it.
Subscribers / Beta Team members today are testing Scroll rate tests for FFR and once we get a few bugs fixed, we will be releasing this to the public. Subscribers and & Beta team members should go to the Subscriber forum and check out the newest thread for the beta link.

i dont know if id like scroll rates, ive been playing ffr so long, im used to really crowded 16th stream lol
but it sounds good, but you still have to be fast enough to hit the notes =D
though a good thing will be less need for screencutting, cause whenever i show off my ffr skills, my friends are like “wtf, why are you screencutting”

Okay I need to know for these scroll rates…won’t the arrows lag quite a bit? Or will the animation still remain smooth? I just have this feeling that it’ll be similar to left scroll where I can’t read at all since the arrows kinda jump through frames quickly you know?

You can change scroll rates in ffr resonance by going to the adress bar and typing
in a two or another number instead of a three where it says
“speed1=3″ (make it “speed1=2″ or if you really want “speed1=0.2)

Just change the “speed1=3″ to “speed1=2″ in the address bar. Works for me.

I can’t believe this. This is the most horrible update ever to hit ffr. I can’t believe you would stoop to the level of noobs who need to space out arrows. Half of the fun of ffr is that you can’t cheat by making arrows extremely easy to read… Go play stepmania if you want speed mods… seriously this is lame… I might quit ffr because of this update 0.o
