Quick notes on version 1.5:

"You'll now notice a little graphic beside the "Feed" option. Click on that graphic and drag and drop it into the pen. You now have food you can leave for your pet to eat in your absence. Other pets will eat it too if they travel into your pen and are hungry enough, so keep tabs on the food you have out.

The credits are a temporary monetary placement in the profile pets. Each food you drag and drop out costs one credit. For the purpose of testing, every time a food is eaten, you will be reimbursed the credit you spent on that food.

Life is finally the way to kill your pet. If the life reaches zero, your pet dies.

Version 1.5 isn't the true upgrade as Xelius needs more time to implement some new features and functionality. I'll be doing a complete upgrade documentation for everybody when Xelius tells me it's good to go.

Thanks to Xelius, we were able to upgrade to Profile Pets version 1.3 today. You might not notice too many differences right now, but this update serves as a gateway into some of the beefier updates Xelius is working on as we speak.

- The most obvious new feature added in v 1.3 is the say function. If you are in the same profile as your pet, a chat bar will be featured at the bottom of the screen. Click on the "Send" text or press enter to input your text and your message will appear in a word balloon beside your pet. Messages disappear when the user clicks on the red X in the chat bubble, the pet leaves the profile or the user types in a new message.

- The feed and clean functions now have a little more of a graphical upgrade. While nothing has changed functionally, when you click on "Feed" or "Clean" the pet's status window opens for view and the hunger or cleanliness meters fill in incrementally. The status window will remain in view until the hunger or cleanliness field fills all the way and then disappears. Once again, there is no functional change to the feeding and cleaning, the increase in status just looks better now.

- To make it easier to follow pets through the profile links, pets now stay on a profile anywhere from 20-40 seconds instead of 10-20 seconds before moving on to the next profile.

We are still tweaking with the rate at which hunger and cleanliness decreases, so users might notice some differences until we solidify a rate.

As I stated earlier, Xelius is already underway on the next version and I promise the upcoming version will introduce a lot more functionality to the profile pets.
