Introduction
Welcome, good people of FFR, to our first ever FFR TCG Tournament! This will be the first of (hopefully) many tournaments that TCG staff plans on hosting as a fun way to earn credits and valuable cards! Cards from the FFR Trading Card Game will be used for advantages in this tournament. If you have not participated in the FFR TCG in the past, please check it out here. *Previous involvement in the FFR TCG is not required for this tournament.*
Tournament Structure
This will be an 8-round tournament that spans two months time. Each round will start on the same day that a new challenge is released for the Trading Card Game (every Wednesday and Saturday) and will last until the start of the next round. Each round will have a unique way to sacrifice cards from your collection to gain an advantage in that round. Apart from this twist, the tournament will be a standard 8-division FFR tournament where the best cumulative raw score at the end of the tournament will win.
Given the nature of this tournament, I would recommend that you do not fuse or trade up cards during this two week registration period to increase your collection variety!
Fundraising/Donations
Fundraiser packs will be available every day for the next two weeks and will be the primary method of raising funds for this tournament. The prize pool and prize distribution will be kept in a sheet on the tournament dashboard here: Prize Distribution
Everyone who participates in this tournament for every round will receive at least one Tier 3 pack and a cut of the prize pool. Participants who do not place top 3 in their divisions will receive an equal cut of the leftover credits after the top 3s have been paid out.
During this registration period, achievements for opening packs will be suspended in order to accumulate the largest prize pool possible.
Rules
* You must have a record on the FFR Leaderboards to participate in this tournament. No alternate accounts please, unless special permission is granted.
* Full playthroughs of songs will only be considered for consolation prize eligibility, however scores of incomplete playthoughs will still be recorded in the scoresheet.
* Causing excessive drama can and will result in disqualification from the tournament as well as other possible disciplinary action. This does not mean that you should be discouraged from expressing concerns you may have with how the tournament is being run. Criticism is always welcome as long as it is constructive.

Advantage: If your round 6 score is cyan colored, your goods this round count as 35 raw points instead of 25.
Perk: Sacrifice any Token card up to Tier 6. Inflict 25 points of damage to an opponent's raw score
times the Tier of the card (subtracted from the player's round 1 score.) Ghosts cannot participate.
Card sacrifices are due no later then Monday, June 8th at 11:59 PM server time.
This round will end on Tuesday, June 9th at 11:59 PM EST.
