Are you sure aTzUeLo? I mean, that post of rzr's that Redorigami linked to made it seem like rzr had the idea of Tainted Seer as a 100% return rate, 50% correct color.

If it were 50% of returning the right color, then his role would be pretty useless. The type of seer in the post that redorigami linked to was at least somewhat useful depending on the situation.
