    Re: R^n: Shifting Paradigms

I know an artist that has songs that would be perfect for this pack. His name is Yngwie Malmsteen and he's probably one of the TOP guitarists out there in the world, and his music has alot of potential for steps. (And wow, rock music that doesn't have to be a continuous stream of arrows that dont make sense.)

Someone look him up and make steps for one of his songs.. I'd do it, but bpm changes are too confusing for me atm.

I've noticed the misplacing. It annoys me. Trust me, if I put 24ths into any of my files they'll actually match the music. I listen pretty closely =)

You read my mind, I've got a few songs from him lined up to step. (Then again, I have a lot of songs lined up to step... bleh.)

        Re: R^n: Shifting Paradigms

I have a live acoustic solo by malmsteen where he perform some classical pieces, sounds a bit like the Classic 10, Classic 4 stuff, but on guitar. I also have lots of guitar virtuoso stuff like Satriani, Vai, Petrucci (Dream Theater/Liquid Tension) and others.
If anyone would care, msn me.

Yeah, I'll <3 forever if you can actually step those and make them good. XD

I've got all of malmsteem's stuff including Leviathan and Arpeggio's from Hell- he's a guitar god.

Awesome. I think I'll actually take the time it takes to open up stepmania (like 3 hours?) to play once released.

You know I stepped The Mystical Potato Head Groove Thing from Joe Satriani a long time ago, right?

Its a big stretch for me but I'm still gonna have to say Malmsteem > Satriani, even though I love Satriani to death, trust me.

And macgravel, you should DEFINITELY step a malmsteem song <3 I'd love to see that. (Fire and Ice on SM? omg *gasms*)

I might send a file or two in, although I haven't known what to step. Maybe over the summer I won't be adverse to spending an entire day just syncing up some classical piece but right now I don't think so. I just hope I can get good patterns down :<

I wonder what happens if I submit Subliminal Smurf.
Either way I'll probably send A Trip to Heaven or Aurora Borealis to you. I have a feeling this pack will be very interesting.

Yes, about Subliminal. But I'm pretty sure I'll send Bathyst or A Trip to Heaven.

I have 18695 mp3s in my music folder. Someone tell me which of these will make a good sim for this.
