FFR Forum Awards 2011 Results

I'm just going to post the results this year and skip on the commentary. Read the notes section below for important details. For those that are unaware of what this thread is following up on, see this thread.

Big thanks to Sprite for helping with the voting form and to Sky Kitten for helping with the tallying.

Notes:
-I'm posting the top three winners for each category. I didn't post runner-ups if they didn't receive at least three votes. There will be more than three people listed under tiebreaker circumstances unless stated otherwise.
-The number next to each winner is the number of votes received.

I'll probably make this post less boring when I have more time but enjoy the results!
