Those mentally unstable people who get and commit crimes with guns always get the guns illegally, and therefore could not get an AK47 or ANY other gun for that matter with the voucher that is ONLY good at these stores that are legally licensed to sell guns, who will not sell the gun to the people who are not recognized as mentally fit by the test.

Even if that may be, a person who is normal can still change with the possession of it. Once again, I don't see the purpose of advertising something that's harmful towards others.
