Just like in a video game. usually when someone gets admin for free, they abuse it to no extent. It's not that the person WANTS to kill someone, its the message it gives to people. It can be like "Oh hey I got an AK-47, one of the most dangerous rifles out there". When they grasp that gun in there hand, it can change there mindset totally.
