My first anime was Vampire Hunter D. I saw it when I was like six. My Hime rules, Naruto kicks ass. Bleach owns. DBZ-DBGT was cool when I was 15. Akira = awsome. I can't get enough anime.

I don't care if noone else likes it. I am completely impressed with Bleach. I love it. I also can't stop watching My Hime, I'm crazy about Mikoto, she's adorable and she kicks ass. I know I'm a noobie and my thoughts don't count but still Bleach rules, I wish it could last forever.

Well, since this is a spinoff of DDR, we should have an anime scetching of Synthetic Light Studios. They are the ones hosting/supervising/????? this engine.

The Tekken movie, because there was this one part with this robot guy, and this guard, and the robot through him towards a cliff.. and like, he hit the cliff and exploded. Oh- and you get to see Jin tearing dinosaur's jaws in half.

But really, FLCL is win.

I second Deltro's move for the Tekken anime. (What? I love Tekken and it was my first anime)

But seriously, though, since none of my suggestions (cough, Irresponsible Captain Tylor, cough) would make it, I'll vote for Excel Saga.

Oh, and I assume the ONLY reason someone hasn't proposed Ninja Scroll for best movie is because of its extreme MA-ness. To not like that movie is to hate all forms of badassery and awesome things.

If that isn't a nominee, I vote for End of Evangelion, since it's one of the best movies I've ever seen and has my favorite song in it.

So it looks like Excel Saga pulls ahead of Mai-Hime for Official Anime, while Guido's vote even things up for Official Movie with Interstellar 5555 and End of Evangelion.

heh, in my personal opinion excel saga is a good mindless, random anime butmy favorite anime (and a series that i think is both fun and should be seen by all if it hasn't been) would be either evangelion, serial experiments lain, or hellsing. ooooo, i just can't get enough of alucard! ^-^;;;;;;;; and no i have not seen it

.Hack//Sign ROXORS MY BOXORS (spelt wrong on purpose) ITS AWESOME IT SHOULD BE ON HERE. Also Trigun and Eva are always good. lain is really good also. but i think Eva and .Hack are the best here. I also like Hellsing. Excel Saga kinda sucks i could only watch it once i could never watch the whole series again bc it was so annoying
