Completely random IMO. I think everyone can read the first post just fine, and considering it's a requirement, i believe, to read the thread with the common twg roles, it's quite suspicious to ask that, especially so randomly. As if he was overcautious and playing the "noob" card. Overcautious possibly because he is the masterwolf?
