Re: jTWG XXIV: iTWG
We're rather close to the end of the day so here are my thoughts on what occurred.
The seer hit a wolf, thus he cannot do anything about it.
If the seer had hit the masons, an alliance would have been formed already and we cannot be too sure of that. Plus, the mason representative would have come out to the public as a green player who was seered by the seer, thus informing everyone of an alliance. Then all who approach the mason representative (faked a green!) would then be judged by the mason representative along side his mason friends in the background.
If the seer hit a green, the green would have done the same in hope of getting mason attention thus forming a [mason group] - mason representative - green - seer relationship. The MasterWolf would like that, too, a whole lot.
The seer may be inactive, or may have hit someone inactive, but I'm assuming every player has been online enough for everyone to contact each other.. and if any inactive players were to have been contacted by the seer, they really wouldn't be inactive right now.. now would they?
As for the shaman, whatever he hit is void of importance. If he hit a green, then it doesn't really matter. If he hit a blue, then that blue will most likely die tonight.
It could work both ways (as in the people who are dying today are possible blues), but I think it's safer for wolves to kill the targeted blues at night and not draw attention to themselves with bandwagon voting, etc.
Thunderstrike may be able to add more to the shaman/wolf tactic theory, as he was the one who argued that the wolves may have hit a blue during the day. In the end, there is no difference.
