Re: TWG Game Building Thread
FFRTWG kind of got into my head about that point
We all have bad moments and that's what drove that statement because I don't assume everyone plays at the top of their game every time due to irl stuff, complications, etc
About Maya being one shot vigi/doc, I was still under the assumption about worst-case scenarios and not probable scenarios (IE: player who rolled Maya using vigi the first night lmao) but you do bring up an excellent point in an experienced player being able to know when the optimal usage of the one shot abilities.
First bolded is an assumption too, because when it was displayed for helping balance the game I originally had the thought that there is a chance both PRs go down (again, not the most probable scenario) and if that happened town deserves the loss. To the second sentence in the first bold, the night kill would not go through on its intended target, instead, it would be redirected to the person who sent the kill PM in. I do agree that wolves are somewhat pinned down and left to really place effort in coming back if that happened early on.
I'm not fighting two one-shot abilities in the Maya role, but I was more fearful of someone who would use that the first two night phases (if they were even alive for the second night phase) which results in a VT instead of a PR but again, not the most probable situation.
Secondary statement: I'm glad this setup is going through this thread for its intended purpose
