Yeah, a flag for me is Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden. They're only using original master tracks, which no longer exist for those two bands (hence the covers in GH3/RB).

Cult of Personality was listed as a Master track in GH3 despite not being the original Master recording. I believe Holiday in Cambodia was the same way.

Anyway, there's no way to know if this is true or not so whatever. It's leagues ahead of the RB2 soundtrack.

This isn't a press release from Activision. That's what makes it a rumor. Hopefully you're not trying to discredit it solely based on the fact that someone used the British spelling of the word "Theater" rather than the American spelling.

The only thing I can say positively for this list is that it follows everything Activision has confirmed thus far, so it's either completely made up following some set of guidelines and a lot of imagination, or it's true.

Edit: And I just saw a video posted after this "leak" that had No Sleep 'till Brooklyn playing in the background menu while the band was getting ready (kinda like how songs would play on the intro screen of GH3), then they played Hot For Teacher. So that's two more confirmed songs that are on the list right there.

IMO this is not gonna be better than RB2 but hey we'll see, so far im not buying this game but they won't have to do much to change my mind.

The funny thing about this list is that it has a lot of the same artists from the RB2 soundtrack, except all of the songs from those artists are better. Infinitely better.

And the artists I don't know don't suck like most of the RB2 artists.

Linkin Park: One Step Closer vs. Bleed It Out (as a huge fan, I can tell you OSC is my least favorite song on the first album and BIO is my favorite song on the last album)
