Dropdown As You Dance2!
Many of you have likely taken advantage of the recently added dropdown song selection icon found within the game. If you don’t know about it, it is the little S found in the upper left hand corner of the main FFR game screen… right next to the Q. If you click on it, it will bring down a giant list of every song in FFR that you have access to play. Click on what you want to play and it will load it. You can also sort to only show certain difficulties or ranges of difficulties. AND… you can randomly select a level to play from within those difficulty ranges.
Unfortunately, the entire Dance2 genre had been missing from this list. But, with mad props to our insane leader, Synthlight, this situation has been rectified. You can now find Dance2 songs in the dropdown list. If you find any bugs that have sprung out of this small fix, please post them in the comments.
Also, you’ll notice the version is up to .785…. that’s just because we haven’t updated it in a long time. It’s been .71x for WAY too long.

Now I’m going to have to try this feature just because I read about it… I never really paid attention. Probably should, lest I miss something really valuable.

Man, that feature for this game is just incredible, it’s very reliable… most of the time and you don’t have to keep rummaging through the genre menus. All songs are there, I say this is a very useful dropdown menu.

seems secret/purchased/token/skill token songs are excluded instead.

jx: yea… i noticed that too. but lack of purchased is a much smaller deal then lack of dance2. and, i told synth about the update not being on the beta… so that should be fixed today too.

Actually I’ve gotten a glitch… I play using ffrndanotherway.swf… and for some reason it breaks apart the songs every couple of songs and has a line there… I’ll PM you the screenie..

There is another glitch though. Everytime you play a song, the list turns from A-Z to Z-A. That’s kind of an annoying glitch. Please fix!
