About me:
I first made this account just to play some easy songs with friends. Around March '07 I got Stepmania, and then in very late May '08 I rediscovered FFR.
Interests:
Stepmania/FFR, Rubik's Cube (best average of 12: 10.52 seconds), math, logic puzzles, minesweeper (1-11-45), tetris, juggling, speed typing (124 wpm over 5 minutes), origami, programming, linguistics...
Fav Music:
Anything with a good melody or a good rhythm (or both!). Some of my favorite artists on FFR are The Flashbulb, AKHT, OSTER project, Orange Dust and dBu.

It's a new subbie song. I was the second person to play (after Tass) and the first to AAA! Sightread! Woot! I don't think I've ever had the first AAA on a relatively hard song before. (It's a 9.)

The previous world record was 13:49 (by me). Today I got a 13:38. The very next solve I got a 12:58. (That's 12 minutes, 58 seconds!)

Note that this is a solve on a simulated cube, which is controlled by typing. It doesn't make the puzzle any easier, though. Nobody has made a real 10x10x10 cube yet.

Watch the replay here: http://hi-games.net/cube-10x10x10/watch?u=44

The 10x10x10 cube has 488 pieces and 600 stickers, by the way. So I solved one piece every 1.6 seconds.

Nice thread idea. Too bad certain individuals ruined it, resulting in a lock.

Thanks anyways bro.

Dude, will you please be my FFR rival? Nobody else is, and you were my first choice, so I'm repeating now.

well i can just use wine for the official windows version. I was looking for one that doesn't require using it, but well looks like i have no choice

I checked the thread and it only had linux binaries, not the source code, so I couldn't run it on my mac. :(
leonid writes at 7:34:12pm on 4/25/12
cool, I'll try it when I get back hom. Thanks!
leonid writes at 6:40:20pm on 4/25/12
Source code for the linux version would probably be fine. Could you point me to it?
leonid writes at 2:51:42pm on 4/25/12
hey since you are minesweeper guru and all, do you happen to know any "official" minesweeper clones available for mac?

You cool with being my rival for FFR?
