TWG XXXIV postgame thread

Wolves:

tps
sertman
cypher
fish

wolf mvp: tps. tps played a brilliant game, hovering the background and stabbing fish at just the right time.
human mvp: fojar. fojar was right on the money all game until he got distracted by iggy.

should never play twg again: jwcgator. my god you're retarded.

comments: the obvious wolf strategy in a game like this is to simply pick one wolf (since with 4 wolves one is expendable) and go against that one early, to make the rest of the team look human. I don't think the wolves in this game consciously did this, but it worked out that way anyway since fish blew in his posts early on and everyone noticed.

the one thing fish did right was in the way he played iggy... he let iggy lead him on, and iggy bought it.

also, iggy, never insta yourself if you're human.

also, while if you had lynched fish the game would have gone much differently, I still have a hard time seeing the humans winning it. If I ever do this again in the future, I think the addition of a guardian (which I initially planned but backed out on) would balance things.

Hey that was a joke at the end in editing my post, I knew that it would do nothing. Besides this game really sucked in the first place. This is a game for true vets to play because everyone would know each other's posting style. There was practically NOTHING else to go on.

oh and dammit I regret not instaing fish when I had the chance. Iggy's like "Would you bet you're life on fish being a wolf?" so I didnt.

Actually, I think cypher should be the MVP... no offense TPS, but cypher saved Fish's ass on a couple of occasions when I thought he was a goner.

There was plenty to go on but no one noticed it, and no one thought deeply enough about the game. Some of cypher's posts, particulary one where he went straight from accusing fish to accusing fish's accusers should have jumped out to everyone but I don't think anyone comment on it.

Really? I never noticed that.

Oh and sorry there at the end, I didn't think anything of it because I knew the game was over. All the wolves invited me in the chat and I felt like a dumbass. Oh well, next game there should be a regular game not this no blue cardflipping stuff.

For what it's worth, I think I may have gone after Cypher had the day gone on. I had nothing on Tps or sert and Fish's saving posts made me think he was human, and I knew that if iggy came back human that the wolves would have been the quiet guys, but I may have gone after FoJaR first.

I'm still mad about that Afro lynch, though.

EDIT: Yeah, Cypher, now that I think about it, it was more the moronic vote for me as the first thing to happen for the day. But, a post reminding people that I was in danger probably would have made jwc think twice about voting for me, ESPECIALLY as a placeholder. Moron!
