    Maryland Meetup + NSA Interview (^)>

    Hey guys, so I got invited to give a research presentation at the JMM (the world's largest mathematics meeting )

    Dear Reuben Tate,

    Congratulations! I am pleased to inform you that your abstract, titled, “Accessibility Polynomials of Sandpile Graphs,” has been accepted for the MAA Undergraduate Poster Session scheduled on Friday, January 17, 2014. This session will take place at the Joint Mathematics Meetings (JMM), held January 15-18, 2014 in Baltimore, Maryland...


    That means, I'm going to be in Baltimore, Maryland from Jan. 15-18th give or take a few days. I'd be down to hang out with anyone that lives relatively close by; ffr meetups are so fun I'd also appreciate any tips on things I should do in Baltimore, I'm really a noob when it comes to traveling :P

    Also, I don't know if this is thread worthy since I technically don't have the job yet, but I was asked to come in for an interview at the NSA (National Security Agency) for a summer position as a mathematician So if things work out nicely, I'll be coming back to Maryland for a lot longer haha.

                  Inner Harbor is one of the main things in Baltimore but since it'll be cold it might suck. You're close to Washington DC as well. There's a new mummy museum that opened up in Baltimore. We live 20 mins from Baltimore so could meetup with us too.

                                      Thanks for the suggestions...that mummy museum sounds pretty interesting. But yeah, we should totally meet up if you guys are that close, haha.

                                              Darn, I'll be leaving Maryland the week before you arrive. However, if you get the job I may also be in Maryland this summer (semi-close to Ft Meade). It depends on how my summer internship plans work out.
