Posting this here as a reflection just to see how i've found everything so far. will also be ghosting g4 and g6 cause why not

ROUND 1:

Decent file, don't really have much thought on it tbh

G5: Playing God:- AAA
Nice song, chart is unusual for a storn song but pleasant enough, i just hate jacks in general

G6: LINK[INIT]:- 7-0-0-2
i like this song alot and the chart is quite good, still salty that im not good enough to get into g6 yet :skull:
overall even tho im not there i hope to at least get to r3 then ill probably die due to difficulty

ROUND 2:
G4: Shy Toy Soldier:- 3-0-1-2 or smth I forgot LOL
I played it once and didn’t play it again so I don’t have many thought on it either

G5: Sajtban:- 1-0-0-0
Honestly a really fun file even though it’s quite backloaded, the bursts aren’t too complicated but I still think this is an 86 and not an 85 💀

G6: Escucha: 11-0-1-1
Very difficult tbh, the mini jacks are no joke and its scary, I can see why I was put in g5 😭
I’ve finally got a readable noteskin though, so hopefully next round will be more doable. Still avoiding elimination in all the groups

ROUND 3:

Very good song matches with a very good file

G5: Dedaism: 2-0-0-1
Chart is honestly really nice, it’s just very spikey for me and I don’t fare well with minijacks a lot so I did this

G6: Tiferet: 7-0-2-2
Yeah this is tough as hell, and the fact that g6 cutoff went all the way to 4.4rg made it impossible for me to do well lol, I’m still gonna ghost division but it is what it is

ROUND 4:

This is honestly incredibly fun and well charted, props to psychotic
I’ll need to dedicate a day to tech in order to get further on this but otherwise this is a passable score

G6: Empty Shell: 1-0-0-0
Idk how I almost unlocked derby on the song and best most g6 players 😭💀
I’m a really big fan of the song chart, and just everything. It’s my favourite file of the tournament, big up jh05013.


EDIT: I’ve voluntarily decided to go into G6 so technically I achieved my goal of getting into d7 this tournament which I’m extremely happy about.
Now my other scores will be ghost scores and my G6 score will be my actual score, so I’m hoping to survive this and next round to get top 8 cause it will be the greatest upset of all time 😂
