That's a little hard to get in the same package.

Why? I don't see what would make it any harder to do... unless you just mean it's a niche market. But I don't see why it would have to stay that way, considering how many people play cute games and how many people play action games. They don't have to be mutually exclusive... just think of all the cute RPGs.

And as for anime games, I think he meant most games based on an anime series suck, which is true for the most part (license-whoring games just like American games that leech money off of kids' movies and whatnot). But not all... I actually have the first two Naruto games for Gamecube (Japanese versions) from back when Naruto was still enjoyable. They were actually quite fun and good fighting games.

Anyway, I have no idea how that's relevant. What I'm looking for is an original game in anime style, which is a pretty common thing with tons of successful examples as Tosh mentioned.

Arg .. stop hating in my taste of games.
I prefer PS3 games to the Wii or the Xbox360. Besides, the games I just listed are what I like .. stop making it look like there is no other good game other then what I just listed. It also depends on what you like.
And I could care less if the PS3 is doing bad .. I play what I like and thats the PS3

Trying to save you money. If your judgment is too clouded to care, then go ahead and drop $600 for what is essentially a very, very large Xbox 360.

o really, what game exactly? and what tv show did this come from, when i say a great game im comparing to titles like Halo, OoT, and Half life 2, which all had won game of the year awards, and dozens of others.


The Wii though does have an advantage because nearly all of their strong titles are made in Japan, if you think that an anime game would be good enough to set the console past the 360, you could be right, and you could be wrong. The Wii is wayy too much of wild card,

That's a retarded statement. Just because a game is made in Japan, does not neccesarily mean that the game will be blockbuster success. Take KHII. The game was made in Japan for over 4 years. When it finally came out, it did not get the praise that everyone thought it would get. What makes the Wii any different? A crappy game is a crappy game is a crappy game. Not even a Wii-novation could save that.

Also Squeek, when I first got UT2K4 I literally played non-stop for a week straight until I beat every mission on God-like. Once UT3 comes out, it's all over. Make sure to hit me up so we can clan up or something.

I suck at FPSs. In Halo, I'd either camp with a shotgun or drove in a vehicle but I'd never be able to do any shooting.

This might be the reason why I hate FPS games. They're pretty much out of the picture for me. If Elebits is considered an FPS, then it'll probably be the only FPS I like.

Ahahahaha. One time I was designated as the base guard on Blood Gulch in a 4v4 CTF game. I sat in the corner with a shotgun waiting for people to walk/jump in. After a while I started looking at my teammates' screens because I was bored. Suddenly we hear "Red team scores." After receiving a verbal beating by my team, I found out that a guy from the other team had come up top, seen me, thrown a grenade at me, shot me twice, then dropped down and picked up the flag without my ever noticing. As such, I never alerted my team to the flag grab and he scored easily.

And Chromer, I can't begin to tell you how much time I'll be spending on Unreal Tournament 3. Far more than any Wii game I've played so far, that's for sure.

Until I perfect every Onslaught, Assault, and single-player mission, it won't be over.

i played UT2K4 way WAY too much.

i played a lot of driving assaults after a while, cause they were fun.

one of my favorite gaming moments happened on UT2K4.

it was the map was Fortress on Assault, i was on the attacking team, sniping, because that's what i do.

i was down by the wall just shooting heads off left and right, unstoppable, godlike etc.

guys are jumping off of this ledge at the top where they spawn with shield guns down so they dont get as hurt, and i shot a guy's head off in midair, and the loud voice said "HEADHUNTER".

was an awesome moment.

Squeek said something about the little port of "limitless possibilities." Yeah, good luck having to shell out the money for a seperate controller as well as controllers bundled with games. I'll stick with my GC controller thank you very much.

Also, I love how you guys doom the PS3 and it's only been out 4 months. Yes, the Wii did well in 4 months but a console is not judged on it's launch games alone. Look at the PS2. Had some of the ****tiest launch titles ever released and look where it is at now. All I'm saying is, is that all this "PS3 is the ultimate fail of the universe" bull**** would be feasible if it was like October or November 2007. It's not. It's March 2007, meaning that it's the start of a new fiscal year, and a chance at redemption for Sony.

actually, from what i here from teh inside exclusives from the developer's convention that mario galaxy is looking like a very strong title, and Shiggy (miyamoto) says that it will be the title that will be the killer app for the Wii, as far as the PS3 though, the Home is not getting the praise it thought it would be, I mean, the premise of Home is to depend on others for your fun, and as a vid chat veteran, i can say that that is not nesseccarily a fool proof way of getting entertainment.
