I'm just saying to start speculation. I was on for a while, too, and Those were the people who were online. The person I saw who was online then went away as I started to read the thread was Deltro.

Highly unlikely given the fact that it's all a series of events that happen as we go and that he incorporated the seer dying into the story. Given, I didn't actually read the story, but I know he put it in there. But still, I'm just saying, we should come up with more than your list.

Anyway, I think you have to realize something, Jurs:

a) Kilga is one of those people that will play around with the time he updates the game so we don't go by AIM activity charts.
b) The wolves could have made their decision beforehand, we could have been waiting on the special roles just as easily as we could with the wolves.
c) There is something more important to discuss...

Like the fact that the SEER IS DEAD. One of two things happened here:
a) Somebody knew Omega was the seer beforehand, and it leaked somehow.
b)One hell of a lucky kill.

What do we think?

EDIT: Okay, Jake already took care of that. Regarding the blues having to turn in PMs and Jursey's list.

And yes, Jurs, statistically speaking, one of those people should be a wolf. There's a one in four chance (slightly higher without Omega) that any person's a wolf.

Alright, back from tennis and I've got nothing. Who all talked to Omega? I mean I really doubt the wolves just went "lalala lala hey let's kill Omega".

I'm starting to think the Omega wolfing might be linked with the TPS PM. Both seem out of the blue, and I doubt two weird things like that would happen in one night.

Oh, and I'm going back to read the story right now =O

this is retarded... pick any six names and you're bound to get one wolf. Plus wolves could have sent the pm in and kilga not been on, or kilga could have deliberately waited, or whatever... using that list to determine a wolf in no way improves our odds and in all ways limits our thinking.

TPS's pm went out in the morning, so to speak, about 20 minutes after kilga posted the story... so I highly doubt the two are connected beyond the fact that TPS wouldn't be able to write "seer" in his list.

About TPS's pm... an interesting move, most likely inspired by his desire that this game not suck... he seemed enthusiastic for it in the post game for the last one. Most of his content is rhetorical garbage, though. Saying "I could be this, or I could be that, and I could still write this because if I were that..." etc etc etc.

Now, my first instinct is that the omega killing was lucky. Wolves are obviously going to select someone who is A) probably active and B) at least decently intelligent. Plus there's the new factor thrown in of the voyeur... the voyeur would most likely look at high-profile people, therefore the wolves might have to go a bit lower down the TWG skill-level totem pole to get their kill. In my opinion, omega would therefore be a good choice for them because he's active and probably just below in terms of skill a more "normal" night one kill (hans, eb, guido, etc).

Also babelfish sucks... I tried tps's "clue" from spanish to english or whatever and it translated like two of the words and left the others. I know this tps thing is probably not a worthwhile distraction, but I want to know what he's saying either way.

I already decrypted the first one, i'm already onto decoding the second one.

I reread tps's pm and found that he left out an obvious reason a green would contact everyone. Namely, to draw enough suspicion that he won't get wolfed for a few nights (the wolves would want him around in the day because it would be easy to make up shit about him and try to get him lynched). Also when he talked from the blue perspective, he did it like he was the seer, saying "to see who is acting really suspicious towards me, and see them that night" when A) he already said he wasn't the seer and B) the seer is dead. From that I'd draw the hesitant conclusion that since his reasoning was flawed as such and weak as it was, he probably isn't blue, but who knows?

I think that the Omega wolfing was just a lucky kill. The wolves probably picked Omega because they wanted to get someone who had experience with the game so that he couldn't out wit them later on.

Omega isn't one of the very experienced ones. He's one of the less experienced ones, and i'm not doubting him, but he couldn't outwit "them" like someone such as blah, Hans, or Tass could.
