Despite all of the server issues and getting eliminated instantly like in every tournament I've ever been in, I had a blast :) There should be more tournaments like this. I like it a lot more then the "work on a song for a week" format. Feels more personal since you get to talk to everyone.

Wow I was not expecting this. I'm rather proud of this one :)Too bad I freaked out and missed at a stupid easy part x.x *shakes fist* one of these days!

I guess I'm getting better finally! Managed to FC a bunch of 64s I couldn't before and two 65s, making them my first ones at that level :) I'm still absolutely horrible at dense jumpstreams though (Etude on a Nimbus for example). Oh well. All things with time I suppose.

P.S. Blue curacao is rather tasty stuff.

I feel like I'm not improving at all x.x I still can't do jumpstreams for shit even though I can read them perfectly fine if I just sit back and watch. My brain just can't keep up or something, I dunno. It's really frustrating...

Well I'm slowly getting better at Stepmania. Went from barely being able to do 8s do doing fairly decent on a lot of 10s within about a week. Just needed to get used to it again I suppose.

The thing that's killing me the most right now are the jumpstreams in a lot of the songs. They seem to be a major barrier in the way of my getting better x.x Using the practice mode to play them at slower speeds helps to a point but the lines for the measures and beats kinda mess with my eyes and make it harder to read than it should be. I wish there was a way to turn them off...

Also not sure if any of this will make me any better at FFR but I guess we'll find out once the next tournament rolls around :P
