Does anyone have a similar problem?

Alright, so basically this has been happening for a bit. There's a small period of the day where i pop off and get insane scores, but then for the rest of the day my wrist hurts whenever i try to play any charts, and I physically can't reach the level I was at during that small period. Am I reaching injury levels and need to take a break now?
