Multiplayer Update

Yesterday a nice update was pushed to the server, MP games will now record as MP games along with working rank updates. Along with this update, I fixed the bug that prevented me from updating the older engine to use the new MP file.

Simply Put:
- Multiplayer from ANY engine.
- Scores now record as MP games.
- (Untested) Ranks should also now update.

  9. rooms dont update unless you go into a room and come back out/reload ffr. the level number next to user still doesnt update automatically.

  16. Awesome! Haven’t checked if this still applies, but would it be possible to add a button to back out of a song in case two people load different songs?

  17. I think that a player should be able to hit a button that loads the song that was picked by the other player.

  18. Yes sprite has it down… Rather then having to look for the song that the other player picked, pushing one button would be so much nicer :)

  19. also maby the ability to unload the song u have loaded, just incase, its quite easy to accidentally click the wrong song in the song list ^.^

    Nice username for one, secondly you can simply click challenge or ffr store and then exit back into the screen to re-choose the song.

  22. since MP can be loaded on ANY engine now apparently, how the hack do you load it on the velocity engine?

  23. YES, PLEASE do what Sprite said. I’ve been pushing for that for years. It’s the worst part of FFR – having to look for your opponent’s song.

  27. You are behind a router or firewall that is blocking port 8082. Make sure that they’re open.
