                  an opponent of this study might stipulate that you cannot determine the high school intellectuality of a nation (US) then compare it to a city[ies] (shanghai, hongkong, macao, etc.), but they actually measured and compared the individual state with the highest educational average (Mass.) and found them to still be 2.5 school years behind that of china

                                      they do that here in Canada (probably to a lesser extent), especially in Elementary (GR1-6/8)

                                      If you don't get paid well to fail the class, then you're not going to do it.
