Make sure you style it correctly, don't just put paste in your hands and push it up, it makes it wonky depending on which hand is stronger.

The correct way to make a straight Mohawk is to hold the tips of the part you're about to hairspray, then when it is nice and straight, hairspray it, then use a fine tooth comb to comb the tips a bit to make it look a bit fluffy..
