                                            Clearing cache does no good. Nothing on all 3 browsers. Won't work on my mom's laptop either. I get a timeout error every time.

                                                            It may be on my end. for some reason my paypal wasn't set up to accept the payments automatically, so technically you payment was "pending" and not "complete". it may have stayed "pending" for too long and cancelled itself. You should still have the money on your paypal if you want to spend it again.
