    i cant play to much ffr cause it actually cause me to have a wrist pain that shoots up my forearm plus my finger joints hurt alittle too.

            Anything is unhealthy if it starts to take up a large amount of your time, Which FFR has done to me in the past. People who are talking about the fact that there are no negative physical signs are just in denial, it's pretty funny actually.
