I've played FFR for 2 years. I have 20/13 vision. (Thats better than 20/20 for all the optical terminologically challenged people out there.)

I have 20/25. My visions faulty. I wonder if FFR helps or doesn't help. After a few good rushes I can read text more easily or maybe it's just me.

For me it's not unhealthy, I play in moderation and keep up exercise walking to/from school and I have gym this second semester also. FFR also has made me think of more songs to make pad files for ITG2 r21 versions and Stepmania when I do play at home with my crappy bad or at the arcade.

Only bad thing is I sometimes play istead of doing homework which results in not getting points in class a few times, but I keep A's with test scores :/

It is if you count that yes it can, over time of course, lead to carpal tunnel and arthritis. Depending on how old you are when you play it, I guess it could also lead to a stroke. You know, when you try a song again and again and you are so pissed, but you finally are near the end and you've gotten all perfects so far. You miss one at the end and you destroy everything in the room. Some could get a stroke from being so mad. But overall, no, it isn't unhealthy.

This makes me want to play Guitar Hero III, which is ruining my academic life, so yes it can be unheathy.

I laughed at how many people think having an addiction of any kind is healthy.

It's not healthy if you're addicted to anything.
