lurker and Zenith, could you two explain to me why lynching Zenith isn't optimal right now?

Nighty is keeping his vote parked on him for the rest of the game, and with your Hated Modifier, it's an additional two votes on you. If there are 2 Wolves, 3 Humans, Zenith, and Nighty at the start of a Day Phase (i.e. 7 Players), in a situation where the 3 Humans + Zenith would normally be able to be enough to lynch a Wolf ends up being KitB. Remove a Human and Wolves + Nighty carry the lynch. Consider a potential Cult and the situation becomes more dire.


Also, Zenith, if you're suspicious of me, please explain why like I've asked people to. People suspecting me for no reason is legitimately frustrating, to be honest.


Also, I've thought about it and I think Funnygurl's coming out as a bit more Human, primarily because I think she's legitimately mad at being suspected and because I'm worried about a repeat of this one jTWG we played together. The only thing that keeps nagging on me is that I don't understand why she's seemed to fail to consider roundbox in her consideration of suspicions. He fits as a Wolf Partner with practically anyone given his and choof's lack of interactions with anyone. roundbox-Charu would fit as a pairing, at least.

I ISOd mashi since he's in the unconfirmed pool (will be going through Charu jrodd and fg too) and wanted to post some thoughts. Not doing DaBackpack since he's lock clear still

I feel like Mashi might be anti town based on his willingness to pair with nighthawk. Taking into consideration he might be the cult leader, there's a chance he's only pushing to lynch Zenith now so he can convert nighthawk next phase. It would make their pairing seem like a town sided thing and not two cultists stacked on one another. I will have to check through Jrodds posts to see if Mashi potentially recruited him for DREAM TEAM stunts.
There is the possibility he could be another jester but based on how he's playing the game, it seems like he's put in too much effort.
As for Mashi being a potential wolf, I need to read through the rest of the unconfirmed folk to see his interactions with them. Comparing him to last game in which he was a human, I feel it lands closer to that, so he's either town or a third party.

Random thought while isoing: there /is/ a chance Zenith is possibly fake looking at the setups (Lyncher can exist without survivor)

Based on his willingness to die makes him seem too town sided to be fake claiming but it might be something to consider.

1. you don't know what kitb means
2. this doesn't sound like anything that can't be solved merely by lynching zenith on d3. my concern at the moment is that lynching zenith right now potentially makes it harder to find a mafia on d3 since town probably loses 2 more people in the night
3. this part i really didn't want to say but here goes: if we lynch a mafia today, mafia will have to worry about the cult way more than town does before it gets down to 7 people. cult obviously gets free conversions so mafia must kill the CL if they want any chance of winning, and i'd say they have a pretty good chance of doing just that

Thoughts on Charu:

I don't think he is working this game. Boredom seems to be a running theme of his for these last few games that he has rolled human. His post referencing Zeniths wolf game in my mystery setup as well as the apathy after AA flipped investigator seem to be repeating the "another game fucked because I'm town and can't do anything rad". This vibe was also in the Sonic game when he was GST and our cop died n1.
Charu being the cult leader is possible, but I think a cult leader might be interacting more to find wolves in the event that he is a weak CL.
Jester is possible though. More likely town sided so I don't think he's in lynching pool today.

I realized that this was mafia and not werewolf and there prolly wasn't a seer so I was softing a non existent role
was gonna make sure if there was a cop or something else
don't think I played with an inspector before

Thoughts on fg:
I'm bad at reading funnygurl so instead of my traditional isoing I tried something different and just reread through the thread focusing on context
Quoted is the funniest thing I found in this thread. She seems incredibly concerned this game how people read her and the impressions she's giving. The quotes thing is extra damming for me considering she fake claimed and lived. It is a very ballsy thing to do and reminds me of Blind in the c9 game but this is not blind so I'm not sure if her fake claim was to draw the kill or earn fat town cred.
Her reads list was prefaced a few posts before saying she should have done it sooner so people would stop "reading her poorly". I remember this impression management and whatnot was something plop pinged her out for correctly in 133 and she was wolfing.
My read through might have been a little biased due to PoE but I think you might not be a terrible lynch target along with Mashi.
