I brought up Choof before you (when Nighthawk mentioned Ben as a vote, I mentioned that I believed Choof was doing the same thing, or at least very similar, to what Nighthawk suspected him for).

this is precisely what happened and does not warrant an "iirc"

His vote was the tipping point to get me to vote for him (I would've felt guilty voting for him earlier but his previous actions were, in my opinion, inexcusable). You are simply another factor in this situation.

the iirc seems like it was tacked on for human points because it makes it seem like you were recalling something from memory, when it is very obvious that the rest of the post is calculated to seem like it's coming from a town

That is a product of my writing style with post bigger than a sentence, i.e. writing a post then haphazardly editing it, inserting sentences in-between places and not always bothering to make them fit in 100%. :P
