I promise you, people of TWG, if I were to host and I see inactivity as soon as D0 of any offender.

I will immediately replace them... if it's someone who doesn't have a history of doing that.

If it's someone who has a history, I'll modkill them and have the rest of the players get angry at the dude.

Tell everyone you'll constantly spam them IM's or PM's or DM's or what have you until they make posts.

Also make everyone give their own phone number and harass them by calling them all constantly and wasting all their minutes.

I don't see a better alternative than addressing the issue when it really needs to be addressed, though

my thought is ask hosts "how will you handle inactivity when it happens" and let them decide, but make them decide on something

i favor a phase-wide post minimum myself and will start including that
