modkill rule seems really counter productive - if someone does something TWG bannable then fucking ban them, esp with our new local mods. If you're modkilled for sharing your PM then fuck off, your banned, if you're modkilled for forgetting to meow in some post in a game w/ posting restrictions and the next game doesn't have them or the host doesn't care, then just leave it be

if the rule about infractions is being enforced, red blaster would be permabanned for a second time from twg.

rzr the difference here is that red blaster did 2 things that actually broke twg rules, again
1) posting after mod announced end of day. there was like a 10+ minute buffer, and he should have no excuse for that
2) posting information that he received during the night, after he died. People didn't really use it, but the intent to cheat was there, again.

Fair to say I did miss this, though that can be applied to Red as a TWG rule, not by adding a modkill rule.
C'maaaaahn everyone knows, just take the few people who'd been modkilled this game and assume they were at some bannable time frame currently. It will deter people and take longer to fill sign ups - I think reviving the TWC would be more wise as there are plenty of people here that are good with applying infractions and monitoring game activity type behavior even while not playing o.O

rzr the other modkills were mechanical and afaik don't apply (haku, botchi). The only one up for discussion is Red Blaster.

I think reviving the TWC is pretty unnecessary both now and probably ever
While I think that people here are competent enough to be on a council, the idea of a council lording over the forum is a strange one, and while that's probably a bit too dramatic, I think things are/will be fine as they are now.
Yoshl and I have some things in the works (almost entirely, if not entirely him), and we also have a nice dichotomy between the both of us when making decisions and such (very similar to good cop bad cop imo)
Remaking the infractions thread is something I have mixed feelings about. I do think it might be necessary, and replacing out is pretty not ok since some players (James May, cedolad when he played) are much, much more likely to replace out than finish a game, but I haven't quite seen that as much lately.
Manti is still a mod as well, both for TGB and TWG (not sure if people know this), and he, and I don't think I can give him enough credit for this, was VERY open regarding the decisions he made, and also, when applicable, let the community make the decisions (such as whether or not to unban Red Blaster).
With the TWC, when votes were done on things proposed, it was done privately and that's just ew.Comment
