Oh lulz I didn't even read the first page I just assumed the thread went for all games. Well that sucks tremendously. I mean wtf that really narrows it down, too cool for PC games eh? Doesn't effect the quality of the game, and I picked it because I figured no one here would have heard of it :P Its not a game most of the people here would enjoy I think. Alot of reading involved, although the greatest part of the game is the dialogue >_>

Looks like a Gameboy Color game.
As a small aside, I figured out your other game using google "Boxing" "Game Boy" "Freddy". First entry. This one on the other hand is very challenging. Little to look for except art style.. if the GBC even had different art styles.

A few more hints.
One:The game was made by ASCII. (If you know what they're famous for, this should be getting really easy for you.)
Two:It has a blue alien who uses Kan Cho.
