LoveHateHero – FFR’s 2nd Embedded Player
Shortly after seeing Making April’s embedded FFR player was added to their page, LoveHateHero was quick to want one on their myspace as well. LoveHateHero is a melodic mix of hardcore, screamo and even some metal, signed to Ferret Music since late 2005. The band has had their trials of ups and downs, including major US tours and new band members. Earlier this year, the band released their most recent CD “White Lies”, which can be found just about everywhere.
LoveHateHero is now the second band to have an embbeded flash player on their myspace. Included on the player are Red Dress, Amity, and Goodbye My Love. Files were by Talisman and BEN.(SPEIRS) 7.5. Not on the player is a harder version of Red Dress, by MeaCulpa. These four songs will be released onto FFR in a few days.

for real we gotta get some prog or metal acts. this stuff makes for lousy files IMO

This is great!
However. Just like all rock songs there really long. So I’m not quite fond of them.

You can’t appeal to everyone’s music taste. But at least bands are getting interested in promoting FFR, it’s bound to spread like a plague, IMO.
Any chance of Dragonforce songs coming to FFR soon?

It’d be nuts if we got any mainstream bands like DForce to support FFR, and I doubt it’ll happen any time soon. All of FFRs music comes from either underground artists looking for exposure, in-house artists, and a few from other bemani games. But hey, SKSK is pretty well-known and if FFR can keep getting bands like them to promote us, who knows. Would certainly be awesome

gnr, i suggest you look at the permissions ive been getting for FFR.
I have lots of Metal and Hardcore, but no one steps it.
August Burns Red
Protest The Hero
Folly
Destroy The Runner

Some of the steps are little bit off, in my opinion. Either that or I just suck. =3
But yeah, we need mainstream artists to start doing this, would be totally awesome. ;D
