Haha, I wanted to share an aweosme way to grind that extra fat you DON'T NEED! :) If you have a bench at home, be sure to have this included : Gloves, Punching Bag, Benchpress, Weights upto 65lbs. (Max), Fist Wraps, And Bar. ______________________________________________________________ Step 1: Lay down on bench Step 2: Take both weights with desired weight on each (must be EQUAL on EACH side) Step 3: Do butterflies. (Moving you'r arms as if you were pretending to fly upside down.) Step 4: Do about 35 times each day for beautiful abs. ______________________________________________________________ I've been doing this for years! Look at me now.
