Doug's SSB4 roster (better version)

Sakurai has made many comments about the size of the roster. In the initial interview, he said he could have 50 characters. But two other times he made it sound like it would be about as big as in brawl. So considering brawl had 35 slots, taking the average of these would mean about 40 slots. I think many people are way overly optimistic and this is actually rather realistic. Using this, I have come up with a roster that includes a little of everything on the newcomer side that I think would please as many people as possible given the constraints.

Brawl's roster
Cut Lucario, Sonic, and Snake

Sakurai said that Megaman should be thought of as the special case for 3rd party characters. And Sonic and Snake were guests so I wouldn't be surprised if they go away. Lucario is pretty much just worse than Mewtwo in almost every way if Mewtwo is used to his fullest potential, and Pokemon sort of has too many characters to keep both. He's one of the few characters barely anyone seems to know and even if you don't like Mewtwo, it'd still be better to give some other Pokemon a chance.

+Wii Fit Trainer
+Villager
+Megaman
+Ridley (The villain + hinted at so much that Sakurai's either trolling or preparing us for a big surprise, and he's probably not trolling.)
+Palutena (The [mostly] new)
+Mewtwo (The returning that almost everyone wants)
+Takamaru (The old)
+Little Mac (The timeless)

Let me know what you guys think. And don't say it should just straight up have more characters since I don't think that's realistic and you at least won't change my mind about that.
